Return & Refund Policy
Customers are required to carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery. Once the item is received and accepted, it is understood that all aspects of the product — including its size, color, authenticity, and condition — have been reviewed and approved by the customer.

After accepting the item, any return request within 2 business days will be reviewed. If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not related to a product issue, 20% of the paid amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded — provided the item is returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
A full refund is only granted in specific cases, such as when the serial number on the item does not match the serial number on the warranty card. In such cases, the discrepancy must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the product.
Return requests made after 2 business days from delivery are no longer covered under our return policy or guarantee. However, in some cases, we may choose to consider such requests based on mutual agreement. In such situations, the buyback value of the item will be determined at our discretion, depending on the condition of the product and the circumstances.
